This eighth-generation Texan knows Central Texas and he knows real
estate. With a background in residential, commercial, farm and ranch, as
well as investment deals and relocation services, Erik is the go-to-guy with

to the community as the Chairman of the Board for the local March of
Dimes, as well as serving as the City Liaison for the Pebble Creek
Homeowners Association, and through his membership to the AF&AM at

always had a passion for real estate and brings a wide array of talents to
the table. After graduating from the University of Texas with a degree in
marketing and a minor in interior design, she helped Houstonians find
their perfect home. After marrying Erik Scott, she added to her
experience by working for a small town title company and then the local
economic development organization.
Along with being a mother to Libby and John Foster, Katy is very
involved in the community. She actively supports the local chapter of
the March of Dimes and due to her firsthand experience, she helps
support parents in the community who have also had their babies too
early. Through her expansive real estate background and God-given
talent in helping people through tough situations, Katy brings a
confident, positive and nurturing aspect to the Scott Property Group and
the family at BCR Realty.
