He and his wife Katy have chosen to live in College Station with their two children because they believe in the family values so prevalent in the Brazos Valley. A Licensed Agent since 1997 and a Broker since 2001, Katy Scott has always had a passion for real estate and brings a wide array of talents to the table. After graduating from the University of Texas with a degree in marketing and a minor in interior design, she helped Houstonians find their perfect home. After marrying Erik Scott, she added to her experience by working for a small town title company.

Along with being a mother to Libby and John Foster, Katy is very involved in the community. She actively supports the local chapter of the March of Dimes and is a constant presence and volunteer at the College Station Medical Center’s Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). With firsthand experience, she started a support group for parents--always available to help and guide parents who have their babies too early.
